Lori Fancher, PhD, MS HRD/OD
Lori has been in the OD/Talent Development space as a consultant and thought leader for over 20 years. Her primary focus has been culture change and to that effect, transformation, visioning, and building people capabilities. As a corporate consultant, she has been a part of strategy teams to successfully move organizations to a future state utilizing levers like strategy mapping people capabilities, re-branding, communication, operations support, succession planning, talent development, and process change. As a connector and visionary, she loves to connect leaders to realize synergies, future state, and growth personally and professionally. She founded the Agile Forum for Learning Leaders and continues to work on other venues like it.
